I want you to read the following statement, and take a mental note of your immediate reaction:
“Fatty red meat and animal products are BAD for you. Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are GOOD for you. If you care about being healthy, you should minimize the former, and base your diet around the latter.”
If your upbringing was anything like mine, your immediate thoughts on the above are something along the lines of: “Of course! Everyone knows that red meat clogs your arteries & gives you heart attacks, and plants are the pinnacle of good health.”
If this is you, I am so happy you are here, because I’m about to blow your mind.
What if I told you…the above statement is actually the exact OPPOSITE of the truth? A complete lie fabricated by the very Big Food and Big Pharma industries the plant-based community believes they are fighting against with their diet choices?
I invite you, dear plant-eating reader, to bear with me in this possibility (just like I did just a few short years ago, when I was in your exact shoes), that perhaps there is a deep, twisted story at play here, which has been ongoing for MANY decades, designed to fool a large portion of the population into believing opposite-world diet narratives that simply aren’t true.
I know it’s uncomfortable. I’ve been there.
But I promise you: in the diet realm more than any other, self-experimentation is king.
And I’m happy to report that I have just the set of self-experimentation stories for you to listen to, that will rock your world:
And there are many more where that came from 👀
TL;DR: All ideologies aside, when real-life plant-based humans put their dietary beliefs to the test (i.e. reintroducing meat to their diet after years, or even DECADES without it) the results are consistently crystal-clear: an enormous improvement in health.
If you choose to not believe them, think it’s “placebo”, or what have you, that’s your decision. I’m not going to try to convince you who, or what to trust.
But I do hope you listen, and hear their stories.
In my experience, they are relatable to the vast majority of those who eat plant-heavy diets for an extended period of time.
How important to our health is diet?
I recently set out to answer this question, and it culminated into a website you may have seen me post about before: WhyCarnivore.com.
One of the most important sections of this site is Part 11: “MEAT HEALS”, which is a categorized collection of testimonials (just like those who joined my podcast above), telling their stories about how they transitioned from a plant-based diet to a meat-based one, and experienced miraculous results.
How about 250 different medical conditions (many of which considered “incurable”) significantly improved, or completely reversed?
See the final list for yourself 👇

It just goes to show that whether you’re struggling with weight, autoimmunity, hormonal dysfunction, mental illness, digestive woes, or practically anything else you can think of…there’s a damn good chance—far greater than your pharma-trained doctor will tell you—that the issue you’re facing could be cured or at least greatly improved by eliminating plant toxins from your diet.
Now, there are some obviously toxic substances many people eat, such as pizza, soda, candy, etc. which anyone with a few brain cells to rub together know are bad news.
…But more and more people around the world are realizing, through individual research and self-experimentation, that even those so-called “healthy” plant products (fruit, veg, grains) have been either contributing to, or been the secret primary boogeyman in causing their health problems.
When you break down the actual science, the reasoning on WHY these miraculous healing journeys continue to take place following vegan-to-carnivore transitions, makes complete sense:
TL;DR:
Plants are not human food. Meat is. Step outside of these simple biological rules, and given enough time, you’re practically guaranteed to see some sort of health problem(s) pop up.
Welcome to the diet rabbit hole, my friend. You better buckle up…
If this is the first time you’re hearing about this crazy “meat-only” diet—AKA “carnivore”— here’s the basic premise on why it’s so effective 👇
- Every organism on earth wants to survive and reproduce.
- Some organisms have legs, teeth, and hands/claws, allowing them to run or fight when in danger. Other organisms, like plants, have none of these characteristics. They are STATIONARY, and thus have evolved to load themselves with toxic chemicals that deter predators from eating them, as a means of defending themselves, so they can survive.
- Only a very small percentage of animals with highly-specialized digestive systems (ex: cows, goats, oxen) have evolved to be able to process all of these toxic plant compounds. All the rest—humans included—cannot, and will grow sick if they ingest these toxins consistently over a long enough period of time.
Despite all of the propaganda you’ve been fed by Netflix documentaries, your government, and the relentless mob of Big Pharma lobbyists who would love for you to remain ill and dependent on their drugs for the rest of your life…human beings fall squarely into the most common dietary category in the animal kingdom: CARNIVORE.
This statement—that humans are not herbivores, not omnivores, but actually CARNIVORES—comes as a shocking one to nearly everyone who hears it, including myself when I first did just a few short years ago.
We’ve all been raised on the idea that we NEED to eat plants for the “vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants“, and that a “balanced diet” of a little bit of everything—fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and perhaps a little bit of animal products here and there—is the best diet possible.
Others, i.e. the vegetarian/vegan camp, believe that ZERO animal products is best.
After studying the subject obsessively over the last year, I’ve arrived at the conclusion that both of the above groups are wrong. We human beings are in fact not designed to consume ANY plant matter at all, be it fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, you name it. In fact, only after eliminating all of these useless clumps of starch, fiber and sugar, and embracing a 100% animal product diet, will we humans arrive at our optimal health potential.
CONCLUSION:
- Standard American Diet of ultra-processed food is the worst
- Plant-Based Diet is arguably slightly better on the overall poison-scale, but loaded with its own negative health effects
- Carnivore Diet brings by far the most consistently-positive health outcomes physically, mentally, and even spiritually
This stream-of-consciousness post has gotten a little more rambly than I was planning, so I’m going to wrap things up here, and leave you with a nice, hefty collection of further resources below for you to dive into at your leisure.
No matter where you are in your health/diet journey, I wish you the absolute best in your adventure, and as always, don’t hesitate to throw me a message on the socials if you have any questions about the content we’ve covered today!

When I started on Episode 1 of this podcast, I was a major skeptic. Every single episode I listened to chipped away at me, until I eventually realized that everything I once believed was a lie, and I made a complete 180 to advocating for the diet as well.
Will this be your fate as well? Only one way to find out; Start at Episode 1 and start grinding like I did!
